United States | 21 January 2016The lamps that I ordered (and paid for needed two day delivery) were never shipped. Attempts to resolve the issue resulted in confusion. Double shipping, Confusing emails. I did get the lamps. I am bumping my review from two stars to three because i can tell that the company really wants to excel in customer support. They happily resolved the confusion problem to my satisfaction. I doubt if this type of problem would happen again. If it weren't for this problem, I probably would rate it 5 stars. I would order from them again.

United States | 14 January 2016Set up for overnight shipping on a Thursday, by the next Thursday it still hadn't shipped. Called and they said I was given a refund, that part seemed easy, but the confirmation of that has never showed up.

I place my orders over the phone and it couldn’t be more easy. All three times I’ve spoken with Arthur and he is so friendly and knowledgeable about the lamps. Their prices were the best I could find for a replacement. My replacement lamp arrived right on time, as promised. Installation was quick and easy. And the lamp works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend.

The bulb they sold me is good, it actually fit which was a great improvement because every other bulb we had till that point didnt fit lol However, the bulb that is in the replacement unit is definitely NOT an OEM. Its WAY duller than the original. Outside of that it works great but the picture isnt what it was. Overall I was satisfied with everything I just wish they didnt mislead and say OEM. Its not.
