The lamps that I ordered (and paid for needed two day delivery) were never shipped. Attempts to resolve the issue resulted in confusion. Double shipping, Confusing emails. I did get the lamps. I am bumping my review from two stars to three because i can tell that the company really wants to excel in customer support. They happily resolved the confusion problem to my satisfaction. I doubt if this type of problem would happen again. If it weren't for this problem, I probably would rate it 5 stars. I would order from them again.

I ordered two replacement lamps for my projector and paid for next day delivery and after 10 days I still have not received my lamps .

Set up for overnight shipping on a Thursday, by the next Thursday it still hadn't shipped. Called and they said I was given a refund, that part seemed easy, but the confirmation of that has never showed up.

Delivered the appropriate product as promised. All you could ask for.

I had to swap the working lamp into the old housing. Not a big deal but frustrating.

I paid extra for overnight delivery, yet it took 6 business days for them to ship. What's the point of having overnight delivery as an option if it takes over a week to even leave their warehouse?

All three times I’ve spoken with Arthur and he is so friendly and knowledgeable about the lamps. Their prices were the best I could find for a replacement. My replacement lamp arrived right on time, as promised. Installation was quick and easy. And the lamp works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend.

excellent service-delivered product as promised

Purchased lamps for our high end Panasonic projectors. They are very expensive (only one plant in the world produces them=monopolistic pricing) and they were well packed, arrived intact and worked beautifully. I am quite satisfied.

The lamps I ordered they were a couple short as they were backordered. They called me right away, told me what was up and offered to next day air them as soon as they came in and no additional cost. This wasn't my first order, nor will it be the last.

The company that services our media room projector recommended MyProjectorLamps. The one we ordered wasn't in stock at the moment and we received an immediate call from Customer Service to let us know when they would be able to send it out. It arrived exactly as promised. We will happily use this company again.

We needed a projector bulb for our Fire Dept. projector so we could get our training room back up and running. Found MyProjectorLamps on line. They had the bulb at a great price. The bulb was shipped quickly and the order was handled with no hassles. Great experience.

Excellent seller

Like I said in the title the customer service part of the company is AMAZING. The bulb they sold me is good, it actually fit which was a great improvement because every other bulb we had till that point didnt fit lol However, the bulb that is in the replacement unit is definitely NOT an OEM. Its WAY duller than the original. Outside of that it works great but the picture isnt what it was. Overall I was satisfied with everything I just wish they didnt mislead and say OEM. Its not.

After waiting an extra week to ship, the package was sent to the wrong address, despite the shipping address being correct on the receipt. The lamp housing arrived cracked in half, but 2 stars because at least the lamp worked.

All went well . I try to order from this company because they are local miami beach company, but sometimes my mitsubishi lamp is not in stock. Took less than a week so all is good. yl

Ordered Friday, received Tuesday - overnight shipping supposedly. But they were friendly when I complained.
