The lamp xenon I needed was expensive and hard to find anywhere. I called My Project Lamps and they told me they would check and get back to me. The next day they told me they could ship the next day and for $200.00 less than competitors! Had the lamp installed 3 days later

Be advised, the low cost provider is the low cost provider (imo), because you are not buying OEM products. That said, if you know what you are buying, you cannot be anything but pleased. Service and shipping are adequate.

I ordered a lamp on Aug.18 and received it in perfect conditions on Aug. 21, in Mexico. All the buying process was easy and the installation of the lamp to the old case was pretty simple, it took about 10 min. and it worked perfectly. Great experience. I need another lamp for another projector and I'll buy with them for sure. The price is excelent.
