I found my bulbs online and had a question regarding the housing. A customer service representative was very helpful and I was able to get the replacement bulbs I needed. They arrived very quickly. This is my "go-to" place for projector bulbs.

When I received the replacement bulb, the bulb itself was coming out of the housing. I had to take some of the housing apart to seat the bulb properly and then secure it. I was worried that it might not work, but it did. I was very glad for that. Other than that, all was good.

Shipping took a little long, but otherwise a good experience. The lamp was delivered securely packaged, and as described. Great pricing too.

I ordered the bulb for my projector. The ordering process was easy and the product arrived on time.

They seem to have a complete lack of stock. I have placed 2 orders within the last 9 months that have had issues with lack of stock. It has taken over 2 months both times to receive what was ordered and all I get is the basic run around "I apologize story". We will not purchase from them going forward.

call and get detailed information about whether a product is in stock or not and whether the product is truly what is listed. DO NOT PAY for the item until you get confirmation of availability as we have had a lot of trouble receiving our refund after being told on multiple occasions that we would be receiving it.

They shipped the lamp I needed, but they shipped a lamp I didn't even need. They didn't charge me for the second lamp, but I did send it back. I know these lamps are expensive.
