But when we called in they were quick about sending us a replacement, as well as a very nice phone call from sales executive, Manny, who definitely succeeded at great customer service!

United States | 05 May 2016I purchase a lamp for my TV from you, I was sent the wrong one, called and asked for the correct model and was sent the wrong one again, it was the exact same one. Upon returning both to your company I was charge .$24.00 to return both. This is so unfair that you did not incur the cost for shipping it back to you when the mistake was yours both times. No return, no refund what a wonderful way to blackmail your customers. Roman Garza, Jr.

United States | 09 April 2016When I took the lamp out of the box the bulb was completely separated from the housing, two of the tiny screws that were supposed to secure it were loose in the bag, and the third screw was missing. Beyond that, I could not screw the lamp into the housing because the holes in the metal were too big and the screws fit so loosely they fell right out. So I had to go get more screws.

United States | 26 March 2016Ordered the replacement bulb on the 3/11/16 shipped on 3/22/16. Needed the bulb for Easter Service. Still don't have the bulb the day before Easter. Tracking shows to be delivered the day after Easter. The bulb showed in stock when ordered took too long to ship.
