I came across MyProjectorLamps from a Google search for a particular part that I was having trouble finding. I found the part with MPL and it was much less expensive than buying it from the maker of the projector. We ordered two and were notified the next day that there was only one in stock but that the second would be shipped out a week later. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this business/website to a friend and would use again myself in the future. The only improvement that could be made is to the shipping chart. It isn't awfully specific about what a Fedex business day is, and a chart letting you know if you order on "X day" it will arrive on "Y Day". Weekends make 1 and 2 day shipping a little bit more of a brain teaser and make calculating the delivery date on the buyer's end more uncertain.

We have tried two different projector lamps from other suppliers and found exactly what MyProjectorLamps said would happen. One lamp started darker than expected & lasted about 20 hours and the other damaged our projector. Since we are a church, 20 hours of use was over several Sundays so then they were out of their return policy of 30 days. I wish we'd found MyProjectorLamps first! Our first purchase from them has lasted 3 months and is brighter than what I remembered the original projector was when new. We just ordered our second lamp and are looking forward to being able to read our overheads again in our other projector!

Do yourself a favor and read the fine print. I ordered a specific Sanyo factory number, and I am not sure what we got. Had to go back to the website to read the fine print that stated: "The SANYO PDG-DHT100L projector lamp is made from ORIGINAL** parts and is intended as a replacement for use in Sanyo brand projectors and is a replacement lamp for the alternative projector models listed below." They arrived in generic myprojectorlamp.com boxes, not Sanyo boxes, and though they were well packaged, the lamps were loose in the housings and a couple clip fell out and needed to be placed back in.

The lamps we ordered came at a fair price. Would make this a five star review except delivery took a few days longer than anticipated. This was not a problem, but rather the difference between Great and Excellent.

Paid for 2 day delivery received it on the 3rd day, some clamps from the projector bulb had fallen off so we had to look at the old bulb to figure out where those clamps should go. Would have sent it back but I needed it that day.

Paid for overnight shipping on my bulb and I was told they were out of stock and wouldn't be in stock for 14 days. When I asked for a refund on the shipping they gladly agreed but I have still not been refunded after another week and 3 phone calls later. On the other hand, the bulb works great

We bought a replacement lamp from you 4 months ago and it already burned out so now we're buying another. Hopefully it will last longer.

It arrived in a very timely manner! My only problem is the price. Amazon was selling the lamp for less then 50 dollars except they were out of the model that i needed. Since this was the first replacement, and i own my TV for a number of years, it was OK. I will however purchase another one from Amazon just in case i need one!

The service is great. The problem we have is that we are resellers of your product. You put this huge label on the box that is not removable with our business information on it. We will not resell your product because of this It may be because you are covering up your providers label , I don't know.
