Received the lamp at a reasonable time. Their phone support was very helpful in tracking my order. Plus you get a percentage of your purchase back as store credit. Will definitely be using this website again.

My first order from this company and the experience was pleasant and professional. I was able to select the correct lamp for our 9 year old projector. It arrived on time and well protected. We believe this projector is good for another 1-2 years, but we are enjoying everything about it now. I would order again from this company. The information about the product was the same as it was stated on the internet.

The bulbs inside are original bulbs, so the quality is equal in quality to the lamp that already comes originally inside of the projector

Originally when ordered was told it was 3-5 business days no problem. I called 10 days later for update and was told sorry you will have it by Friday now its Friday and they suddenly have it in their hands and I will have it on Saturday?? No thanks just send me a refund I will order from one of the other 100 places on line, you had your opportunity.

Placed order for my projector bulb on Thursday 5/28/2020. Received an email the following day stating my bulb had shipped and provided a FedEx tracking number stating it would be delivered on Monday 6/1/2020. Called the customer service line who looked at the order and placed me on hold to talk to the warehouse. Came back on the phone shortly after and stated that they were out of stock on the bulb and had to order it from the manufacturer. Stated because of the oversight they would overnight it when it arrives in approx a week. Stated to cancel the order.... I wounder how long it would have taken this company to be proactive and let me know that my bulb was not in stock like they previously stated in the shipment email. Had someone taken the responsibility I probably would have continued with the overpriced bulb. Found the same $138 bulb on amazon for $87. Glad you screwed up and I kept looking. Edited: The tracking information you sent me upon purchase stated the bulb would arrive on 6/1/20. If your intention was to take 4 days longer instead of the date that you and FedEx told me then you should have been upfront and honest. It sounds great in your reply but unfortunately your reply is misleading others who are considering purchasing from you. Would you like me to post the email with the tracking number and the date it was supposed to arrive? I would be happy to but I don't think it would help your business any.

I ordered a lamp for my HC4000, and then waited and waited - - no notice of shipment, and after 3 weeks, I emailed to cancel my order as nothing had shipped. I got a very large email back, loaded with something purporting to be correspondence/tracking etc. 3 days later it arrived - it lights up for about 15 seconds, then shuts down with a lamp fault! Not worth the hassle to send it back - straight into garbage bin, and found a differing supplier that sent a lamp that WORKS.

Had no idea what lamp I needed and decided to give them a call. Wow, they actually have a person answering the phone who was EXTREMELY knowledgable. Was given a recommendation, order shipped quickly, and couldn't find a lower price elsewhere. Appreciate the quality customer support!

My projector was broken. I called this company and they knew exactly how to fix my issue. The lamp arrived with 2-day service. They had a video on YouTube for installation!!! Everything is working perfectly!!!

I called MyProjectorLamps in a panic. I needed a lamp for my presentation. They were able to overnight the lamp to my hotel and my presentation went off without a hitch. I'll definitely be returning to this company the next time I need a lamp. Great service guys! Thank you.

I could give no stars, I would do such in a heartbeat. They stated they had stock of a certain projector lamp. I found out a week later, they did not currently have it in their stock(Keep in mind I've never received a call or notification that the lamp was not in their stock). They promised the lamp would be to my shipping address on Wednesday of the following week. The shipment never arrived or had it been shipped via FedEx. I called customer service, for my to go unanswered. I'm here at the 3rd week, with no projector lamp! I just want a refund and to no longer do business with this company!!!!!!!!
