I needed 2 lamps for a set of Eiki projectors. The website said they had 4 in stock. I called to confirm that they were indeed in stock. The customer service rep checked with their warehouse and said that there were 4 in stock. I am in Michigan, so he confirmed that if I ordered then that morning (Tuesday) that I would have them by Friday of that week. After getting off the phone I immediately placed the order on their website. Later that day, (Tuesday) I received an email from FedEx that a shipping label had been generated. The next morning, (Wednesday) Fedex had not yet received the shipment. By Wednesday afternoon I called MyProjectorLamps to check the status of the order. I was told that right as I hung up the phone with them the day before an order came in for the 4 lamps they had in stock and now mine wouldn't be shipping for at least 5-7 days. This company is a con. They do not have any stock. They will say they do, but really they will simply order your lamp from their distributor after receiving your payment and then delay your shipment. I will never buy from them again. This is the second time this happened to me with them. I was hoping the first time was a fluke, but I can tell you it is not. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was very happy to see that they had the specific lamp I needed (it's an older model). Fast shipping, great customer service. I will use my projector lamps again for all of my projectors.

MyProjectorLamps had the lamp I needed and had great pricing as well. Was very easy to place the order and the lamp arrived very fast. Used free shipping option and got it in 4 days!! Very happy!

Their site is misleading mentioning "original lamps we buy from 100% from original manufacturers." My Projector Lamps sell lamps in generic housing. Before you buy message them and ask if the housing is original. I did and they told me its not. So you can get the same lamps cheaper OEM by searching for Origen lamps or Diamond lamps.

I was having problems with my projector thinking it was a bad lamp. So I went ahead and bought a lamp from this company, tried replacing the lamp wasn't it so I sent it to my warranty service and they told me that it was non-repairable and refunded the money I spent on it. I took the warranty service 3 weeks to do what they had to do. And a few more days to get my refund. I called my projector lamps to see if I can return my lamp because I won't be needing it anymore. And they said that it's past a month and they will not accept returns. I told them that I bought a new 4K projector and if they were to help me with this my next lamp would be bought through them and I know it would be a lot more expensive as well. They said sorry no returns but they would be happy to help me purchase a new lamp for my new projector. Terrible service very poor understanding of people situations. Will not be buying from this company ever again.

Ordered two bulbs off their website, but I live on a farm so I was worried that the shipment would get lost in transit. Throughout the week that I waited, a customer support reprehensive told me that they would be in contact with FedEx to insure that the order was received to my location. And that indeed was the case! Top notch customer service!

Been 2 weeks since I ordered a bulb that was supposedly in stock on their website. Keep telling me it should be in from the supplier soon. They will not refund my money either.

I ordered a replacement bulb for my JVC 4K projector, and it was about $220. The JVC source was over $400! So I felt it was a bargain. Quality looked good, and it was Oshio who made the bulb, which is who makes the OEM JVC unit. Very pleased with the speed that I received the bulb as well. They also give discounts to repeat customers to make things even better!

Copied and pasted chat with "Arthur" at My Projector Lamps. I maintain several projectors that run 9 hours a day and therefore must keep spares on hand. Here is my experience with an issue. Begin chat asking for help with an incorrect part: Grant Called a few days ago with an issue regarding invoice #145261. We installed two of the delivered lamps without issue early in 2017. The third was shelved as a spare and was recently opened. This third lamp box does not contain the right lamp, but was labeled DHD670-E Bare Projector lamp. I am requesting a refund of the cost of that lamp or replacement with the correct lamp listed above and on the invoice. Chat started Grant (referring to a phone call I placed a few days prior) The gentleman I spoke with stated he needed to contact the supplier, as the warranty had expired. He stated he would get back with me regarding a resolution. ARTHUR joined the chat ARTHUR left the chat Grant I would still like to talk about this issue. I realize the warranty period is over, but understand that the part delivered is not what I ordered. It has not been installed or used in any way. THis is a company sending an incorrect part that is useless to the user. Your company is in a much better position to act with honor and to replace the part. I will send it to you and you can restock it and sell it again. The money you make from it is similar to the money you spend on sending me the correct part. not my mistake. It was either your companies mistake or your suppliers mistake. We are a non-profit museum acting in good faith that the things we need to do business are as they are represented. Asked order to be cancelled via online chat because of long shipping time and they said yes. Was told I would receive a credit on card in 2 days. Then I get shipment confirmation a couple weeks later. I asked for RMA and they said they would email, still nothing. Lamp shows up after I cancelled and bought somewhere else. No response. Untrustworthy company.

Haven't received the lamp yet so I will have to update this if anything is wrong with it on arrival, but I ordered on a Friday morning and it didn't start shipping until Wednesday the following week. Standard ground shipping through FedEx tracking says delivery is Wednesday of the following week after that. If you need a bulb within 7 days, look elsewhere for sure.

My order was handled promptly, and could have arrived on time, but alas, I live in a 60 unit townhouse complex, and someone in your shipping department neglected to add my unit number to the shipping label. So the deliveryman took it back to the distribution Centre, and I had to spend three hours on a Friday afternoon fighting rush hour traffic to pick it up. It was very carelessly packaged, and the lamp housing was crushed when I got home and unwrapped it.

Fast and reliable We needed not one but two bulbs for a high-powered HD machine in our main building conference room at NASA Ames. You were able to get us both bulbs in a few days so we were down a very short time. Thank you for the excellent service!

The price was good, but when shipped they sent a partially incorrect order (wrong projector bulbs) and when I asked for it to be swapped out, they sent a return label for the wrong lamp, but never sent the correct one. I have tried several times to reach out to find out what happened, and where my correct bulb was, but no one has gotten back with me, returned calls or emails, it has now been approx. 8 months.

Ordered a projector lamp for a JVC X500r. Exactly as specified by JVC, decent price, and careful, quick delivery. Just installed the lamp and it's perfect. Great source for fairly priced lamps. Couldn't be happier.
