Lamp came a day early! Love that!

i ordered two lamps; one to keep on hand as a replacement. sent me one that was the correct one and the other was wrong. box was labeled correctly but the lamp in it was wrong. i sent it back and received a replacement several weeks after. it was the exact same WRONG ONE! although frustrating, i'm giving extra stars here due to the representatives were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating in solving the problem swiftly.

If someone choose to ship overnight, it means they need it immediately (usually the next day). If we are beyond your cutoff for shipping that day, it would be beneficial to know that at order time.

I bought this lamp to replace the one that burned out in my projector. It was still the original. The lamp is all I expected. It is bright, crisp, and looks just like it did before. So, I am impressed and happy with the choice. Customer service has also been impeccable when I had a question about the lamp.
