Purchased a replacement lamp for my JVC DLA RS-46. I was a bit nervous, as there are a lot of scammers selling cheap knockoffs, but this worked out well. Lamp appears to be the genuine article and works perfectly. Thank you!

I was expecting a JVC original replacement lamp. What I got was an OEM lamp. If that is what I wanted I could have ordered a bulb and replaced it myself for a lot less. However, it works.

Had a couple of issues.. One our companies fault and one shipping damage issue. Gave them a call in both instances and they were very quick to assist and help in any way that they could. All the processes were quick and easy and they went the extra mile to make things right. A very courteous and friendly staff made the experience a great one.

Saved the Day! Executive management on the way to give a presentation and projector bulb was out. Couldn't find a local source so I ordered over-night from MyProjectorLamps and it arrived in time for the presentation!

Very helpful sales staff in helping with selections. First item was damaged and that can happen. I needed my purchase and the expidited shipping for me overnight. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was they are a little slow on timing of when the order was placed and the shipped to me. All in all I would recommend them to friends.

I had the best experience with this company. I work at a church, and we had a projector bulb go out unexpectedly a day before we had church services. I called and talked to the nicest customer service person, who went completely out of her way to make sure we could get the bulb to the church overnight for our service the next day. She was completely a lifesaver! I will definitely be using this company, and would recommend them to anyone!

There was an initial mix-up about shipping the lamp I needed. Once that miscommunication was discovered, the company went above and beyond to make sure I received the lamp before Sunday worship services. Awesome customer service! Will order from them again!

Overall I am satisfied with the result, but the process left a lot to be desired. I ordered a projector lamp for our church on a Thursday, overnight express so it arrived on Friday. It arrived in a paper shipping bag, instead of a box with cushioning or packing material to protect the delicate lamp. And of course, it was broken in transit. So I emailed and called customer service for a replacement. They quickly responded and emailed me the tracking number for the replacement, which was supposed to arrive on Monday. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday came and went, no lamp. I looked at the tracking and saw that it had never been shipped - the label had been created, but no item actually shipped. I called again and it took customer service 2 phone calls at about 20 minutes each to figure out what had happened, and get a replacement overnighted to me so we'd have it in time for church services. This time they did make sure it actually shipped, and we received it the next day. I was concerned because the replacement again arrived in a FexEx overnight bag, not in a box with cushioning or packing material. But luckily the bulb was not broken this time, and we were back up and running. I think they should have refunded us the extra amount for the overnight shipping, since it ended up being not overnight but a week later that we had a working product in our hands. They didn't do so, and instead offered us 10% off our next purchase, which they offer to all customers. So yeah. They need some work on customer service.

It took almost 3 weeks to get the bulb and then that bulb was bad. Got the second replacement bulb in a few days.
