I initially ordered on the 3rd of January and had to email customer service around the 10th with order number about my order not leaving the station. NOW to be fair, I did consider the winter storms that were passing through. Therefore, I remained patient. They finally moved shipment along in which I finally received my products on the 18th. I would like to order again but nervous about shipment because I received my TikTok orders faster than Ferebe during the winter storm🤔 Other than that, Packaging and quality of product was just fine.

Great products at a fair price including the free shipping .

My face lotion arrived in a damaged box and when I opened it the product had already been opened and someone had stuck their fingers in the lotion that I purchased.

The shipment has not arrived. It was ordered Jan 2. Today is Jan 16. Way past the estimated delivery time of Jan 6 or 7. Edit: The item did arrive on Jan 17th.

Received as expected. Difficult product to get your hands on otherwise.

Excellent product

You need to check the screw tops on your bottles.....purchased Dawn gallon bottle with pump....it leaked in transit.....checked reviews....its been a problem before.
