Shipping was fast and free.

I did receive the order, but with a simple issue. I sent an email to them for help, but they never responded. If they respond, I will update at a later date. I received a message on Trustpilot saying the Ferebe team has emailed me. I did not receive an email. I will not post an update to my rating unless this matter is resolved. Thanks

An item was out of stock and was not shipped. No indication as to whether it will ship at a later date when in stock, or if credit will be issued.

Was sent two expired face lotions that were brown instead of white, as it should be. Emailed and called company multiple times for a refund, and never heard back from them. Now trying to reverse payment for bad product and even worse customer service.

Shipping was fast. They were cheaper than anywhere else.

I have repeatedly requested to be removed from Ferebe emails. I continue receiving them. They just ignore my requests to be removed from email marketing. Again, sending emails to their customer “help service” yielded no satisfaction. Continue receiving unsolicited, unwanted emails.

this company has always had fast shipping, it use to be fast shipping and lowest prices, but with the way every company has raised prices, I guess they had to raise the price also. Even though your not saving as much as you did about 2 years ago, it's still a pretty good bargain.

My local source didnt have the Pears soap. Happy to buy from Ferebe. Soaps were delivered and we are set for manymonths

Order was packaged very well and delivered in a short time period. Contents well worth the cost. Great to be able to avoid shipping costs by ordering extra quantity above what was needed.
