Worst ordering service ever. Paid for an expedite service for them not to deliver. Contacted customer service to inquire on the status of my order and why I was charged and the response I received via email was simply “just wait”. Yet I was charged for expedite services for the item to still haven’t been delivered after over 10 days from ordering.

User friendly website and offers free shipping with minimum purchase. Shipment was packed very well, tracking notifications were sent and I received it when promised. Very happy.

They are not complete my items, and I emails them and sent them messages with the pictures of my order and the package they sent to me, none of them replied, I even called and left them voice messages, they never responded.
