I have been buying the same product for years with no issues and fast delivery.

Toothbrushes were shipped and arrived on time.

I placed a order and it never came, it shows that my package never left the FedEx facility, so I requested for them to reship my order and so they did but it has been 7 days and on my tracking number it shows that there has only been a label created for my order and nothing else.so now I’ll be requesting a refund.

6 of the items I received expired in 2022. I have contacted the customer service, they asked for pictures but no response after that.
