Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Absolutely fantastic. We had Tristan and Joshua looking after us. Both so efficient,fast and on the ball. We had such a complicated case yet they managed to help us especially when we had found our dream home but given up hope. I recently purchased a home through Vivid. Buying your first home (especially in the current climate!) was scary. We debated if it was the right time and if it was affordable. Dan at Chartwell was so welcoming and friendly. He went through all our options of what would happen if he purchased a 60% share compared to a 50% share. The risks buying a smaller share not looking competitive enough to be given the house etc. He explained with ease the current climate and what this meant for us for fixing for two years compared to five years. He explained the process really clearly and answered any questions over email really quickly. He helped us seek a better life insurance policy. Chartwell would call us to check in to see how things were when we were waiting for completion (our house was delayed for a little while) and were just incredibly professional and friendly. I really appreciated their calm and informative calls and emails in a very stressful time. Chartwell understood that I worked 7:30am - 4:30pm and made a note of that and would always call me just after 4:30pm even without asking because they knew if I'd finished work to find missed calls it would stress me out more! They are really a great team and I cannot fault them. They were made to support first time buyers!

I'd highly recommend Chartwell. We had terrible credit and were unable to get approved for a mortgage anywhere, but Tristan from Chartwell managed to find us a lender with a fairly reasonable interest rate. After our two year fixed rate was up, Tristan then got in touch again and helped us to remortgage, this time with a high street lender as our credit had improved over the two years. We wouldn't have managed to buy our house without Tristan's help, so I can't recommend Chartwell enough.
