We had a great experience with the shuttle service from our home in Hamilton to the Auckland international departures and return journey. The reason of 4 stars and not 5 is in relation to the distance you have to walk at the Auckland airport after you arrive back. The shuttle parkings are within a 5-10 minute walk, it's just a pity the shuttle seems to be unable to get closer to the arrivals as one is exhausted after a long international flight and it's quite a long way to walk pushing all your luggage. The shuttle itself is comfortable and both drivers (on the to & fro journeys) drove well and safely and got us to our destinations in a timely manner.

Great trip pick up on time great safe driver and so helpful and informative did not feel unsafe on journey . Stopped for a toilet stop and had time for a coffee the old service I am used to after having travelled with this company many times in the past .
