Friendly staff

The driver was very helpful and cheerful. My only comment was that we had to make a lengthy diversion to pick up a rural customer. I have used you before and not encountered this before so maybe I have just been lucky. Overall you provide a good service.

Courteous service and on time!

Far too hot The van was extremely hot as the aircon only worked in the front cab. Windows unabled to be opened. Was an extremely hot day and the van was not at all “luxury” as it was hotter in the van that was bearable. The aircon needs to be sorted out in the area where the seats are

A very comfortable drive to Aucklsnd with plenty of time allowed for check in. It was great to be greeted at my return to Auckland. The experience was very positive for me. Took away the stress for me as an older traveler. Very grateful.

Bookings are very easy to make and the people in the office are always helpful and friendly. Drivers are always cordial and polite. The service is convenient. This is not a criticism nor complaint. If there is a down side, for me it is the cost, this has probably very little to do with the organisation and more a sign of the time. A return trip to Auckland Int. with the shuttle is very near the same as a one way airfare in my case.

Bit disappointed that we went via Hamilton on the return journey. I was not made aware that we would be doing that. It wasn’t too much longer but would have been nice to know the route we were going to be taking,
