Thanks for the awesome service,it was very convenient and comfortable with pleasant and safe drivers. On arrival I experienced a long wait before we departed, would be nice if we could sit in the bus instead of hanging around, tried as we were.

Absolutely no negative criticism of driver Rob who did the best he could under the circumstances. Problem was that there were about 4 passengers who arrived Auckland Airport at 5:00 pm to be told we would have to wait to depart until 8:00 pm for passengers arriving on later flights. None of us were aware of this wait time and at the end of a day of travel it wasn’t good news. As it turned out, all passengers arrived and we were able to leave before 8:00 pm. In future I’ll be exploring transportation that doesn’t require a 2-3 hour wait for departure. I’m sure that for the cost of that shuttle, a more convenient alternative could be found. Also, the distance walked from airport to van with luggage could be a real problem for elderly or disabled passengers. The driver was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. The van was comfortable and clean.

From picking me up the driver was courteous, explained about other pick-ups. All the people in the shuttle put at ease and there was good conversation

Booked for 8am to tauranga. 24 hrs prior notified your office possible 3 hour flight delay. Guaranteed if delayed we would be on11am bus.arrived to pick up point 10.30 only to be told bus full have to wait till 2pm not good enough.will not use you again,! Only good factor in your favour Harry is a great ambassador. He placated three very angry and tired travellers. He again was our driver on the return trip And we enjoyed his company.
