Great service. Pick up was on time. Friendly driver. I felt the driver was experienced and safe.

Our driver was very helpful and friendly, even waited for us when our flight was delayed. He drove us from Auckland airport to our hotel in Rotorua and even shared some interesting facts about the areas we were driving through. We really enjoyed the service.

Loved the reliability, stuck to time, and very safe and courteous driver. However it was extremely hot with air-conditioning not working optimally. This impacted our long journey ahead.

Sorry dont know the name. the driver called me and we left immediately without any delay. which saved a lot of time and got home early than i thought. might be a good idea asking passengers before start whether they wants to woken (if they are sleeping) when the van stops somewhere for a break.

Picked up on time. The driver put our cases in for us and was polite and cheerful.He was a very good driver and dropped us all at the departures door in plenty of time to check in. Would recommend this service.
