Shuttle arrived on time. Tony happily loaded my luggage and drove me/us safely to the airport, and loaded the trolley for me. Good service!

The driver was continuously distracted from forward looking as he was turning his head as he had discussions with the passenger in the other front seat, and also, he had trouble, hard time to read his cell phone & had to lean forward and lift his glasses to see whatever had to be seen on the phone. The mounting location of the cell phone in the center of the windshield under the rear vision mirror is to fare from the drivers seating position.

The arrival time for the shuttle bus is just perfect. The performance of the driver is excellent.
