This trip was 100% better than my last trip .newer transport very comfortable. Better driver very considerate drove very careful not like my last trip I wondered if I would get home

Arrived early and was able to transfer. to a earlier coach which was much apricated.

Kind and knowledgeable driver. Going that extra mile to help out and extremely clean vehicle.

We got to our destination. Didn’t know we were going to swap vans at Bombay but wasn’t a big deal. Driver was polite. Driver could have been helped with a programmable navigation device to get directions to some obscure addresses. Driver kept to road rules. I made mistake of date of return trip but you saw me right and bumped our pickup to the next day without any further costs. That was very much appreciated thank you.

Easy to book, on time, safe way to travel for Kiwis and tourists, no mucking around with expense of parking or needing to stay overnight somewhere because you are too tired to drive.

I booked a return service 😌 ✈️ well in advance. Airline Latam cancelled last minute. Unexpected things like this must happen often. Enjoyed my returned trip. Very comfortable spacious, clean and tidy shuttle van. Experience friendly driver. Will I book again? Yes I would. Hopefully no cancelled flight and or a reliable back up plan be helpful too, please operation.

I unfortunately had to wait for my bag. It disappeared under all the huge cases the Chinese had. So went to bag claim waited about 5 mins and then I saw this lonely case make it's way out. It was mine. The shuttle driver communicated with me and I told him. He and other passengers were patiently waiting.

I still don’t think the shuttle service is what it was before covid. There’s a window now and the last thing you want to do off a flight is wait 2h or be at the airport 5h before a flight. I accept it can’t always be perfect but could improve now numbers have improved. There was a flight that didn’t come in on our last trip and it showed as cancelled online but for some reason the driver couldn’t find arrival information and would not leave easily. I did hear a comment that he would not get his full hours if he left early. Make of that what you want. I would prefer to remain anonymous because I continue to use the shuttle service would just like an improvement.

I have already completed the survey and the service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using the service again and recommending it to others.

Such great service. I called last minute as a ride from the airport had fallen through. There was a shuttle nearby, so the driver waited until the passenger was out of customs.
