The drivers were very friendly, kept the speed limit and the van was clean and tidy.

there was no handle to help entrance and exit from the vehicle. there was no pick up service in my area so we had to drive 10 minutes into Te Awamutu and we had to switch vehicles in Hamilton. On the whole those were the only things that were annoying but when you pay $165 to get to Auckland Airport, they added up....

Driver Daryl patient and helpful. There was a delay in getting away earlier than the 8pm departure time, due to a traveller held up in customs and unable to communicate with driver. Frustrating for all concerned when it was known that the traveller's flight had arrived over an hour earlier. Excellent no-fuss trip home when finally under way.

The driver was very professional and he was friendly and a safe efficient driver. I felt at ease being the first passenger to be picked up. He made sure I knew what to expect, how many more people we were collecting and our ETA which he also kept us updated with throughout the trip.

The pickup point to travel to the airport was ideal for me. The van is very clean. The driver was friendly and I felt safe traveling to the airport. There was a little hiccup when I returned to New Zealand where the driver was not at the contact point, and an officer directed me to the area where other shuttle vans were parked. I ran the company and the problem was sorted with a friendly voice on the other end of the line, who stayed on the phone with me until I was directed back to the right pickup point.
