I am not very good on a computer; however, I could have never done what was needed to install windows 10 in Microsoft office 2019. Alex completed the installations and answered any questions I had. He went above and beyond to help me patiently. I appreciate his help and consideration so very much.

I was stuck when trying to download and upgrade to Windows 10pro I emailed the support team and received a reply from a nice chap called Charles who was very helpful and supportive Charles made the whole experience a lot easier and soon helped to download windows 10 pro

Charlie persevered despite difficulties presented by Microsoft to install Windows 10 on a machine which had been running Windows 7 for the last 5 years. Initially he was unable but after coming back to it he was successful. I had tried previously with the help from Microsoft and they had not been able to get it working. Great job. Well worth the small price.

Had problems opening my new version of office turned to Drake from the MS team he was brilliant he soon realized I was out of my depth so took remote access and sorted it in seconds.

I recently purchased an online version of Windows 10 to upgrade my laptop before an exam. It wouldn’t install and the service desk were initially not very helpful, so I left negative feedback. This morning when I checked my emails the service desk had reached out (I hope in response to my feedback) and have then helped me to sort the issue, load the software and I’m ready to go for my exam tomorrow - very helpful and much appreciated.

Started by addressing a question on the web site's chat. received a "canned" reply from the chat bot - but then immediately received a detailed answer from Drake, I believe. Within minutes of ordering, I had my e-mail with all the necessary links and documentation to install and activate my Windows 10 Pro. Another 10 minutes and it was done with absolutely no issues.

Best regards Steve August 26th 2022 UPDATE Looks like a new problem came back 3 weeks later and I now get the message that my version of Office isn't Genuine and that I might be a victim of counterfeiting. Will have to contact support and see how to get this one resolved. August 30th 2022 UPDATE Once again, fast and efficient service from the UK team as the problem was fixed within 15 minutes (most of which was the time it took me to uninstall & reinstall Office Pro 2019). I purchased a Windows 10 update from MSofficestore in August 2022 following a live chat with from Charles at MSofficestore. I initially had problems installing this update as it was failing at 73% each time I tried - which was quite annoying. However, when I checked out an email with links that Charles had initially sent me, I discovered a video which described how to fix this problem. I followed the instructions in the video and the update successfully installed. To his credit, Charles did send an email asking how the install was going, but by then I had it fixed - thanks to the links and video he had supplied.

I had just purchased windows 10 home for my PC, not realizing that my PC currently had windows 10 pro installed previously. I reached out to Alex with the support team and within minutes I was sent a new invoice for windows 10 pro. 30 seconds later windows 10 pro was activated and working as intended.

I was attempting to upgrade my lappy to W10 and getting nowhere, error messages everywhere :( I resisted the urge to launch lappy out of the window and went onto chat, where a lovely chap called Charles logged in via Team Viewer and, after many tweaks, uploads, downloads and other stuff WAY above my head, I now have W10 :D Absolutely outstanding customer service, I never would have been able to do that myself and lappy would have been on the bonfire! Thank you Charles, you're an absolute superstar!!

Awesome experience. Bought a Windows 10 Home licence and proceeded to create USB installation media from my home desktop to install on a laptop and realised I bought the wrong key - needed a Windows 10 Pro licence. Got back in touch and Drake (who I dealt with both times) was so quick to respond on chat and was happy for me to swap to the Pro licence key and just pay the £5 difference. Highly recommend - and really good customer service Drake!

I wanted to upgrade an old Windows XP desktop to Windows 10. I was able to purchase, download, and install Windows 10 without ever leaving my desk, and the price was very reasonable. Alex helped me all the way through a chat window. The chat was excellent, and questions were answered immediately! All in all, an excellent experience. As someone building a small business requiring several work stations and a server, I decided to try building them myself as a cost saving measure. When it came to windows software, I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg (until I found MS office store). When I ran into an issue with my server key it was because I had to modify the version of windows server I had. Alex answered my questions quickly and effectively, and guided me to a simple solution.
