Absolute and total nightmare. I upgraded from a perfectly working Windows 7 system to Windows 10 because of regular reminders/threats that you could not guarantee future repairs. I have since spent 5 hours on 3 phone calls to Knowhow technicians because of a password verification problem. They fixed it 3 times: each time it went wrong immediately I restarted the computer. I spent over an hour yesterday on the phone to my daughter who fixed the email issue, but it failed immediately I restarted the computer. The printer does not connect. I can't face another phone call to Know How. RULE: if it ain't broken, don't fix it. It is just a way for Microsoft to "persuade" you to get a new computer.

Key did not work at first but Tech Support sorted out easily with clear advice.

Very good service. Only slight downside, is that when the online chap was explaining things. He said if I got into any difficulties, to contact the site, and you (Microsoft) would help What I'd like to know is how could you help, when installing, I'm offline, no way of contacting you if things went wrong. But other than that, luckily, everything went through brilliantly

Immediately after installing Windows 10 I had a mail from Win Zip saying I needed to install 10 updates. How was this necessary.

I purchased Windows 10 and MS Office 2019 at Microsoft Office Store online and their representative, Drake, proved to be not only very efficient but also extremely patient with me as I have absolutely no idea what happens under the bonnet of a computer. I’m sure I must have ranked amongst his most difficult customers. Several obstacles prevented a straight forward installation of the packages and I’m sure that the tiny input required from me proved more of a hinderance (e.g. I couldn’t recall most of my passwords and my internet connection proved to be faulty). However, a few sessions spread over a couple of days all problems were systematically eliminated and the installation was successfully completed. I can only offer a thousand thanks to Microsoft Office Shop for the level of service and the professional standard of support and calming influence that Drake provided. I would highly recommend them

Good price and speed if service

I purchased two software packages and found the journey seamless. The prices were extremply attractive. After purchasing I received an e-mail listing the instructions on how to download and install the products. Despite having an unstable connection, it only took me 20 min to download the two. Installation was quick and easy. I'm extremely satisfied and I highly recommend their services.
