Very simple, I download win 10 from Microsoft site, loaded onto my pc (childsplay) then entered the activation code I received by email. It worked first time, job done at half the price. Great

Excellent support, I bought x2 Windows 10 Pro upgrades from Windows 7. Got 2 at highly discounted rate, so excellent value for money. I then had issues on both systems with the keys provided. I used the online assistance, Charles and Drake were great. It went through my mind that the value was too good to be true and I had been scammed - but that was not the case, these guys are the real thing and persevered and worked with me providing alternative keys until the issues were resolved.
