I was having trouble activating windows with the key they gave me. So I contacted them on their online chat, they replied in 2 mins and sorted the problem in 5 mins.

United Kingdom | 31 December 2020I purchased 7 licenses for Windows 10 Pro, and whilst I had no problems with doing an upgrade on 3 PCs, I had an issue with another 4. Charles was fantastic, having remotely logged into 4 PCs, and did his magic. It took over 2 hours, as 2 of the PCs hadn't been updated for a very long time. But overall, he was excellent and very patient. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing licenses through MSOfficestore.

United Kingdom | 22 December 2020I purchased a copy of Win10, intending to upgrade a used Sony Vio from Win7 to Win10. The following day I tried twice to upgrade the pc, following the video instructions on the ms website, both attempts failed. Yesterday, after disabling my antivirus system in case that was stopping the upgrade, I tried twice more. Again both attempts failed. So I contacted the ms support desk chat room to ask for help. Charles responded very quickly and made some suggestions but none fixed the problem, so then he offered, and I accepted, to remotely access my pc and sort things out. He had to guide me to load the relevant s/w, this done he "took over". I watched while he examined my pc, his conclusion was that the existing s/w used on the pc was old, and was not compatible with Win10. After some discussion concerning back ups and the need to renew, for example Word and XL, on his advice I agreed the solution was to wipe the pc totally and install win10 from scratch. This he did. The Win10 installation is a slow process, throughout the installation Charles kept me updated with what he was doing, he re-assured me when things seemed to stop and advised when I should enter data to move the installation on. At the end of a very long session I have a "clean" pc, running Win10 and ready for the new s/w, which will be purchased and loaded over the next few days. THANK YOU CHARLES.
