Bought some Microsoft products and had issues with the product keys, spoke to two different agents but the main man was Peter, who helped me with getting both products activated, very helpful and patient but best of all, even though he represents his company with dealing with customers, its nice to have a normal conversation with someone as well and have a laugh, you don't always get that with other companies Customer Services over the phone or chat. Bought Windows 10 Home and MS Office Home & Business 2019.

Excellent service at a very competitive price. I had some initial problems with installation due to update issues at my end, but the remote customer service team was excellent and resolved the problem quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended, especially for those working remotely without the benefit of an IT support team.

never received a link or email for the office 2019 other than that given through chat. the password given at purchase would not work either over the internet or phone activation was told that this was not a valid version of the software and contact the vendor

Pretty nifty. I came in cold, found the price agreeable, had some questions answered about the support and extended guarantee, made a decision and bought. The whole process was seamless. I am ecstatic to be leaving Win 8.1. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. I shan't be loading in Win 10 until I have replaced my hard drive for an SSD, so I will only be able to judge the product after that.

Happened across a link to the MS store via the Laptop's Windows specifications page, to upgrade Windows 10 to the Pro version. Was met with a whopping £170 off of retail price and a chat window from a friendly support technician offering advice and you guessed it... support. Couldn't refuse the offer and proceeded through the purchase process with ease, grabbing the product key and using it to change the product key on the laptop... all very straight forward. After a short while of updating and installing new Pro components, a couple of restarts, all was golden. No issues. No problems. Sorted. Thank you.

I have just upgraded from Win 10 HOme to Win 10 Pro. Should have been easy but I needed to update my Win 10 Home first before the product code would be accepted. The people on the helpline enabled me to solve this problem which would otherwise have been worrying. They did an excellent job.

Had difficulty installing a Windows10 upgrade onto my Windows7 laptop. Live help responded to my message very quickly, were super helpful and very patient. Got there in the end with a clean install from a USB boot. Learnt some useful stuff through this! Excellent help, thanks.
