Staff was great, but the inherent flaws in how the upgrade to Windows Pro from the Microsoft corporation were so bad, I had downgrade the score on that alone. But no problem with the support staff.

Really good support, instant instant-messaging if you get my drift. Prices so much lower than official Microsoft site that I was initially suspicious. No need, proper licence and works. Upgraded from Windows 10 Home to Pro in less than 10 minutes. Wish they did Garden Offices and washing machines as well. LOL

Upgrade win10 home to win 10 Pro had a problem activating the key. Charles sent me a different key and helped to resolve my problems. The online chat was very responsive.

The teamviewer staff were very helpful, patient and worked for three days to get my computer upgraded from windows 7 to 10. However, they did not achieve this and I was refunded my windows 10. I couldn’t give any more time to this and will continue to use windows 7. I couldn’t fault their attitude and commitment but it did not work out.

Have been avoiding updating to Windows 10 for a while now because of the complications expected. Bit the bullet and went for it. I have to admit I was sceptical about the support, but I've spent all morning being helped by one of their team and now everything is working as it should. I purchased a Windows 10 Home licence key, and installed Windows 10 onto a computer which was previously running Linux Ubuntu. Unfortunately the activation key was not recognized as valid when I tried to activate the new copy of Windows. When I asked for help on the online web chat however I was very pleased with the prompt and helpful response, and the quick resolution of the problem. I would be happy to buy again from this vendor.
