When I contacted support, Charles was brilliant, with almost immediate responses and worked with me until it was resolved a short time later. Software licenses were easy to find and after purchase I received an email with instructions, links to downloads, and license keys. I purchased 3 products. After installation one failed to activate but Alex from support asked a few questions and then provided a new key to resolve the issue. I've used MSOfficeSTore before and will use them again.

I was skeptical about allowing Alex to take over my computer because I was almost the victim of a scam with any desk. I caught and uninstalled it b4 damage could be done. I was desperate, my computer had been telling me since January that my Windows 8 was unsupported, but allowed me to work, etc. Not TADAY! I purchased Widows 10 and was stiffled in down loading it. Good price, simple purchase and download experience. Given that every customer likely has a different configuration of Windows and Office going on, I suppose it is hard to write simple installation instructions. I floundered and had to contact the chat service for assistance. Charles answered my plea and was super helpful, despite my hesitance to sign up for a free 3-day support trial that I would need to cancel (I did not). The answer turned out to be a simple fix and I was connected and into the app in just a few minutes.

"Above and Beyond" online assistance from Mark! I was experiencing problems with setting-up Windows on my MacBook PRO (M2 MAX) so I could run Parallels. I had reviewed online that Windows 10 was compatible with the M2 chip as a friend had informed me of some issues with Windows 11. Mark provided "First Class" assistance and also went out of his way to research information to help with the Parallels install, where we discovered the Windows 10 was no longer supported for the M2 on Parallels, where he then further assisted me in getting the Windows 11 installed and the system up and running. Cannot recommend this service highly enough!
