Callrail is affordable and works well. I track all of my adwords campaigns through them and it has been flawless. The front end is easy enough for my secretary to manage but also gives pretty strong reporting features to get a more detailed report of how the campaigns are doing.

I love CallRail, I have tried a few others, but CallRail is the easiest to use and the best quality I have found. With soem others, there was a delay when I was transferring calls and this cost me business. When I use CallRail there is no delay when transferring calls.
