Pros - Generally reliable call quality - Minimal dropped calls - Our smaller franchisees find it easy to use Cons - Extremely poor customer service: Response times are painfully slow. You always start at tier 1 support, which often lacks the ability to resolve anything and must escalate—slowing everything down. It’s been a consistently frustrating experience and the primary reason we’re moving away from this platform. Unfortunately, the support experience hasn’t improved since we first onboarded. - Limited call center functionality: The call center features feel like an afterthought—more of a revenue add-on than a fully built solution. It’s simply not scalable for larger teams. You’ll miss out on critical data and insights. After switching to a provider that specializes in call center solutions, we’ve seen a dramatic improvement in user experience and our ability to identify and solve issues efficiently.

Just strong arm tactics of "AWW lets talk about it. We can give you a better deal..." then email start again. We haven't heard back from you about our new deals. Stalling, stalling, stalling Spaming inbox, charges , wont cancel. Let me put it this way. When it goes wrong Your screwed....

United Kingdom | 15 September 2023The platform was great, until... They decided that they were going to ban call forwarding to mobile phones in the UK as it was "too expensive" for them. Because almost all my clients use mobile phones, yep you guessed it, they stopped getting calls. CallRail never informed me of this at any point until I contacted support with the issue. I lost many clients because of this, thousands of £ worth of damage done to my business, not to mention my reputation. Any decent company would have just passed on the extra expense by increasing the price, or adding an additional package for mobile phones at a premium, but no, they just banned them altogether. I have no words, if you value your business, DO NOT use this company in the UK at least, but I wouldn't trust them anywhere after this. AVOID!!

I've had my clients using CallRail tracking numbers for 10+ years and have never had an issue. But when I need some extra TLC, they are always there to guide me. THANK YOU CALLRAIL TEAM!
