CallRail is a great tool for people trying to follow their leads from inquiry to conversion. Highly recommended, especially for HIPAA compliance.

Their customer support is terrible. Issues with getting data to flow correctly. I don't recommend it after using it for 2 years! The connection between CallRail and adwords went down for 3 weeks in March of 2018 and they never notified any of their clients during or after the issue. I switched to Phone Wagon instead and life has been much better! Edit: I tried talking to the VP of customer success and the guy was just a clueless person in a high up position like most directors in corporate companies.

Very impressed with the platform and service they provide. After signing up they offered to do a screen share to show me everything about the dashboard & features offered. Setup was quick and easy. Best of all I can finally track leads and correlate that data with Google Analytics data.

CallRail has one of the most user-friendly interfaces that I've seen. They make it easy to add more than one company and customize routing features so that multiple people can all receive a call or round-robin so that it rotates between a team of people or it can ring one person and if they don't pick up, ring the next. They also have extensive notifications and alerts for missed calls. Anytime I've contacted them, they've been available and prompt to reply. I highly recommend them.

Cheap and effective way to track conversions!
