CallRail has been incredibly helpful in showing which marketing campaigns have proven most likely to turn into potential customer inquiries, and from there it makes it easier on us to determine if they do convert into customers. Call Rail Helps Justify Ad Spend. It helps you track when a user calls after clicking on an ad. Without call tracking that is a missed conversion! Thankful for discovering this company at a Google Partner Event

Great service to measure ROI on online campaigns. Call recording, tracking, and implementations is very easy to setup. It would be awesome to see more SMS options and settings

I had started using CallRail in March and it is a great service! All my calls are recorded and very easy to manage. I can track calls, mark them as a valid lead or not valid. I have no complaints with CallRail. If you are a manager and would like to monitor calls coming into your office and how your staff is this is the service to use!
