CallRail is great for call tracking and recording. I also love that it allows my clients using HubSpot to better track leads attributed to calls from the website instead of them being misreported as offline source.

CallRail truly automates the process, bridging the ever-present gap for inbound sales calls and our CRM (Salesforce). It might be the best and most affordable solution we chose during our startup phase. It's with us to this day,... and bottom line, it just works out of the box.

I mainly use CallRail for tracking paid advertising campaigns and I am very pleased with the keyword level tracking that allows me to see what keyword a call originated from. Furthermore, I like how CallRail integrates with HubSpot, and I think that their customer service is quick to respond. My only complaint is I have had a few issues with the reporting where CallRail and HubSpot didn't quite match, but I would still recommend CallRail to others!

Overall the product has been good. We had a few issues with the setup in the beginning however the team was available to was to help us get out the kinks. I wish we had more flexibility to delete contacts directly on our own so marketing numbers do not show up in our reporting without having to use the filters, I do believe they are working on this functionality moving forward.

CallRail is an excellent full-featured call tracking platform. It has a very simple workflow to create numbers for campaigns, has an uncomplicated interface, and integrates with all the other software I need (wordpress, adwords, analytics, etc). Their customer service is very good-- they are available, knowledgeable, and responsive. I would recommend CallRail to anyone involved in online marketing.
