We run a restaurant business which some utility companies simply refuse to supply whereas others want a hefty deposit. Both Nick and Natalie have bent over backwards to help us source what we regard to be a great deal. We have always felt that Nick and Natalie were on our side, doing the very best for us and not for themselves! We find dealing directly with utility companies to be a time consuming and frustrating experience. In the past it has not been unusual to be on the line waiting for well over 45 minutes to talk to a human being. If Business Utility Renewals don't answer immediately, which they usually do, you can be sure that they will return your call as soon as they are free.
