I contacted my BUR representative Nigel to explain what had happened and he sorted the problem straight away. He got us moved back with our original supplier British Gas on better terms than we had agreed with Valda so I am really pleased. Nigel is great to deal with regarding boring energy contracts as we get inundated by brokers throughout the year. Nice to have this one done and dusted.
