He gave a clear discussion on the energy prices and updated me on a regular basic, until I was happy with the deal. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about, which gave me the confidence to listen to what he was saying.

This is the 2nd time that BUR has negotiated a new electricity deal for our business. The latest contract, to start in November this year, is obviously considerably more expensive than the current arrangement, due to all the well-publicised current problems in the electricity provider industry. However, I know that this increase would have been a great deal worse without BUR's involvement. Max Chauhan from BUR is completely brilliant and has sorted and explained everything. The service is friendly, professional, reliable and very simple. I strongly recommend BUR in general and Max in particular and am very grateful.

Ken called at the right time when our landlords supply went bust and Nick found us a great price cheaper than who we were being passed to automatically. The process of setting up has been easy, and always a pleasure to have a chat with. I've always been dubious of 'energy companies' but Nick explained what would happen in layman terms along with any up front costs, which were totally affordable.
