The company advised me well in advance concerning their predictions of future price trends and therefore the types of contracts that we should seek: they then obtained quotes from many suppliers and negotiated contracts that met our requirements and that have proved to be exceedingly beneficial for us. At dates of switching suppliers to new contacts, the company, represented by Max, checked that the changes were completed correctly.

I am always in a rush and working on a deadline or something more important, but he chased me without making me feel hassled and arranged a great contract for us back in January 2022, and was endlessly patient when I had any queries. He has saved the company I work for thousands by getting contracts in place on both our sites before all the price increases this year , which has scored me a few brownie points here! Trying to renew our electric contracts when prices were extortionate was a really difficult decision to make. BUR was in contact with us on a daily basis with what was on offer from various suppliers, but at the same time we did not feel pushed into signing contracts that we were unsure about. We waited it out and then BUR found us a deal that we felt happier about. I could not fault their customer service.

Dealt with Nick on two contracts. Explained the rising cost situation thoroughly and suggested where we may all find ourselves in the coming years. A range of contracts from 1-4ys were discussed. Both accounts are due to switch within the next two months. Like all small business’s in the same situation, we hope we have made the right move, but will happily deal with Nick and BUR in the future.
