I was trying to pay off my loan 6 months in advance and wasn't able to because the system wouldn't allow me to. Was hit with more interest when I had the full money to pay it off. Thank you for being so generous when I needed the money but let me pay it off, if I can.

I work retail, and my cat needed a lot of help, and Scratch Pay made it easy to pay it off. I wish the site worked on Firefox, but other than that, it was a very good experience.

My Issues: (hopefully someone will be educated from my experience) -Automatic Autopay amount will not pay off balance in time for deadline of no interest -Autopay amount CANNOT be changed (I tried) -There is a $2.50 'convenience' fee for every 'extra payment' you make on top of the autopay (which you need to do in order to make the deadline) -I tried to pay off difference to keep autopay schedule on track within deadline and minimize number of 'convenience fees' charged, it only changed the next auto payment to four months down the line (past the deadline for no interest) -I ended up paying the rest of the balance in full in order to counter the ******* system designed to steal money from you and keep you in debt and get extra interest from you

I was quickly approved while I was at the vet. I like that they text me payment reminders. I took advantage of 6 months with no interest. Would definitely use again for high cost vet or medical bills.

I tried to pay off my plan 4 times and each time it didn't go through, I incurred more charges due to "missed payments" and interest. I was told a missed payment fee would be waived, which it never was, and I spoke with someone on the phone to help me, as well as through email. When I finally paid it off, it was confirmed it went through, only to get another call a week later from them looking for more money, saying it didn't go through. I spoke with the man on the phone who said it did go through and it's paid off, so I'm just hoping it is finally finished with. This has been a really frustrating experience for me. EDIT: It is finally paid off. I was happy to have coverage in the 5 minutes it took to apply so my cat could have an emergency surgery, but dealing with the payment through mobile was frustrating. I couldn't determine the different payment methods I used until they removed them, since it only shows the last 4 digits and no date or other info. You also can't remove them yourself. I received no notice that a payment didn't go through, and had to pay extra because of late and interest fees months later dealing with this.

Scratchpay was there when our puppy got sick and we didn't have money put back for the emergency vet. It was super easy to use and offered plans that were reasonable. I would use them again without a second thought.

I made a 5k payment on 8k bill and they took the whole 8k in two separate payments. 1 with the 5k I authorized and the other 3k that I did not. Then told me it would take 5-15 days for it to be refunded. What a terrible service.

It was an easy app to use. It was easy to qualify for scratch pay, but it didn't save my cat unfortunately.

Every single time I made a payment online or via the app, it would take additional money out of my account. For example, today I made a payment of $350 and it took out $350 plus and additional payment of $60 and there was nothing that told me it was going to do that. Plus God forbid you get behind on a payment, they will hound you and threaten collection activity right from the start.

This was a life saver! easy to apply! Easy to pay! I was able to pay off the balance before the end of the 0% APR offer expired, so i paid no interest! I have told so many people about Scratch Pay and now changed my vet office to ensue they accpt Scrath Pay Plans!
