Do not get a loan with these people. The interest is a rip off…too high. Get animal insurance.

These loan plans work well as long as Scratchpay bases your loan on past payment history and not just on your credit score. I may have incurred debt, but pay things on time. Also, what helps with these loans is if you can pay a bit more on the loan each time it is due.

Scratchpay literally took 2 minutes to apply for and get approved. They covered the amount needed to get the care for my baby. The payment plan is so easy with automatic payments. I would receive an email and a text about a week before the payment was due just to remind me that my payment was due. They were beyond amazing when I needed a hand at 1AM. I pray I never need to use them again like in the emergency that I did, but if I ever need a hand to save any of my babies, I know Scratchpay is who I'm turning to!

This plan came in at the right time for our dogs surgery, BUT if you pay 2 days late they charge you 19.00 for a late fee plus every time you pay they also charge a 2.50 charge for convenience pay! What convenience? In addition to the high interest you pay . CRAZY EXPENSIVE!

I have an excellent credit score and was immediately declined. From looking at the comments, it sounds like they approve those who are likely to miss or have late payments so they can hit you with their high percentage rates. That's a scam!

I am thankful I was able to have this service to help me get the care I needed for my pet. There were some bumps at first. The older version of Scratchpay was not user friendly and had to contact customer service to refund the error in paying the loan off second month in and they were great. Since then they updated the app and it works much better and less room for error like what happened to me. Thank you for helping my furry friend.

Needs a real website with account. Use of SMS verification is highly insecure, and I could not access this account while abroad in Poland. Also, the Scratch team leaked another account's information to me when I asked for a bill. They could not produce an actual account statement for me, Rather they just sent me an email with the wrong account information for another person entirely. Do not use this service. If you need financing for this sort of thing, go through a real bank, get a personal loan instead.
