When I picked this legal firm after an RTA, I felt confident that they were not a dodgy ambulance chaser. From initial conversations, through all the reports and investigations they undertook, I was always very satisfied with their professionalism. Could not rate them highly enough.

My first civil litigation claim against the Police for assault, unlawful arrest etc was 'managed' by Hodge Jones & Allen. They refused to adhere to reasonable instruction, then they undervalued my claim by a significant amount. I stood firm & received considerably more than they valued. I am looking to bring a 2nd claim and they refuse to help, they have wasted m time and stonewalled me, - even though I have suffered significant and tremendous trauma and distress. They have NO integrity, morality, or compassion. They are not reputable or professional. They lack backbone & are in favour with the Police - prefeing to keep them on side than put thier clients first. AVOID - they will NOT act in your best interests.

We have had brilliant service from Hodge Jones & Allen. Our son had been called in for a voluntary police interview and we were so worried he would end up with a criminal record.
