If trouble knocks at your door 🚪 Hodge Jones & Allen are the knights in shining armour five ⭐️ hundred +++ Living quietly in my home for 30 years (no interaction with the police) suddenly a neighbour from hell moved in below me.👺 Within a short amount of time serious accusations were made against me not only to my landlord also to the Met Police I was arrested and charged placed in custody five times all the charges apart from two HJ&A skilfully utilised the law to have an outcome of “No Action Taken” As for the two case that went to court. The barriers from HJ&A proved my neighbour a liar on the stand twice. She also had an injection taken out against me (how she managed to waste so much tax payers money goodness only knows) The Housing Department skilfully had it thrown out. As for the icing on the cake during one of the false arrests a met police officer, lied through his teeth saying I had an assault him so I was charged with assaulting an emergency worker. Covid delays the hearing for 5 years, but in the meantime HJ&A organised psychiatric reports and put in so much evidence, The CPA Eventually decided to present no evidence They realised they would loose - no evidence, meaning I was given a non-guilty conclusion. A horror story for me that lasted for over five years has been concluded with the grateful help of HJ&A without a stain on my character. The Met acted appallingly, violently and disgracefully. Without the patients and skill of HJ&A, I would’ve been broken. my eternal thanks to them all the whole team. HJA successfully brought a case against the Metropolitan Police for my wrongful imprisonment for climate protesting. I would not have been able to afford the time, energy or money to bring this case without them. Although it was a lengthy process I was always kept up to date and informed as to my options.
