The service I received prior to my court case was excellent. HJA did a great job working on the case although key photographs were missing i.e scar photos. However, the barrister that attended the court on the day of my case I felt let me down. I felt he was not prepared for the case and the judge had to keep correcting him for mistakes he was making. He had to keep reading lots of the bundle before he said anything. I did not feel confident that I was going to win the case. The opposition solicitor was very on the ball

Generally felt in really safe hands, particularly once my case was taken over by Ken Brough who was fast to respond to questions and very knowledgable, seeing my case through to completion and settlement. Prior to that, another lady was managing my case and communication was very slow and I felt for a while like I was being ignored. Their fees are fairly typical but their fee to produce a trust deed which i needed at the end was more than four times what I paid with another excellent solicitor named Mark Thompson. All in all they are a reputable and reliable firm and I'd recommend, particularly if you can work with Ken.
