Very grateful to Laura O'Brien who did a great job representing me in Insulate Britain public nuisance crown court trial, involving myself and 3 other defendants who self represented, in which we were found not guilty.

Called the number on their website to enquire about no win no fee legal representation. The person that answered said she would put me through to someone that could help. The person that answered I explained what I needed, she sniggered, said I had the wrong number and hung up. Not a good start. I don't like it when companies treat you like an idiot, without knowing you and your circumstances first and to be honest they just make themselves look inept, so the joke's on them.

Usheena is an absolute star in my opinion. Had it been anyone else, I do not know if I would have received the same satisfaction. Fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Made the whole process very easy to follow and painless. Quick response to telephone calls, willing to listen even though I suspect I waffled quite a bit and the advice I was given was very much on point. I cannot comment on others that work there but I would whole-heartedly recommend Hodge Jones & Allen as long as Usheena works there.

They displayed a very clear and total understanding of my case, and demonstrated having previewed my material very well. Information I was given was clear and honest, neither pessimistic nor simply telling me 'what I wanted to hear'.

Excellent company who provided expert legal advice/assistance with a housing disrepair dispute with my landlord. The matter did not end up in court as the solicitor representative instructed to assist with my case, a Mr Patricia Lobo Del Castillo, was able to successfully negotiate a more than agreeable financial settlement on my behalf with the other party.
