I bought a Zadig and Voltaire 100ml perfume from here in Dec 2022 and it was completely watered down. I’ve worn Zadig and Voltaire forever and I know how long it should last on the skin. This bottle lasted on my skin about 30mins. (versus the real perfume that lasts 12+hours) I am so so so disappointed in this company. I went the very next day to “the perfume shop” website and bought another bottle and that one was perfect. I urge you all to go there instead of this company or literally anywhere else. But take my warning, this company is scamming you.

Package never came .. got no emails for tracking or anything .. rang 4 times was always the same excuse. Eventually got told my parcel was in Ireland but then got an email saying my money is being refunded and no reason as to why my parcel wasn’t being delivered or if it’s being delivered. Parcel never came. Do not order !!

Parfumdreams.ie is a website that when there's a product damaged when you received it, it's all the post office's fault and the customer's responsibility. When customers ask for a return, because the supposedly brand-new product was now damaged (during the shipping, claimed by them), they are not allowed to return it. They will tell you at first, but with efforts on taking photos and they'll contact the courier. The next day, they told you you should be contacting the courier yourself. The outer package was fine while receiving it, not sure why it became the courier's problem. They just throw the responsibility to the customer - sending the message telling you to solve your own problem. Won't recommend buying any stuff from the website anymore. The customer service person is nice, but being nice won't solve problems, because the company's customer service is suck.

The site looks credible. I ordered cosmetics for a tidy sum for Christmas as a gift. They place an order and send a tracking number, which is not displayed on the delivery site. money is not returned. If you don't know what the Grinch looks like who stole Christmas- order something there. My order number is 144380354 from 19 of December update 3.01.2023: Finally got my parcel. Quality are really good. but experience with a Xmas gifts were failed. wanted to Change 1star to 3, but product is really nice, so now it is 4stars

Ordered on Dec 10th Email to say was dispatched on 13th. Still hasn't been received by my country's post on 24th. Very disappointed. Previous orders with them had been very good though. So this was only once out of maybe 5 orders.
