It is not possible to evaluate the room you are planning to take the exam in in advance. I was unclear about the requirements and asked in a chat but they couldn't help. The questions were not phrased very well

Website schlecht gestaltet, Anmeldeprozess viel zu umständlich. Es ist nur eine Prüfung und es wird so getan, wie wenn man ein Schwerverbrecher ist der gleich bis zum Ende betrügen wird. 40 Minuten angemeldet.. Nicht zu empfehlen.

The experience was fine with no glitches and staff were very helpful. It’s the first time I have done an exam in this way so had no idea how to proceed but the supervisor guided me through all processes very easily.

The website portal for booking is easy enough to use. However after that it is very clunky. Difficult to navigate and use freely to access the correct area needed. When taking the exam, the prior steps and hoops that need to be jumped through are long and quite frankly unnecessary. The proctor for my exam was very good at his job, helped me through bits and pieces, approved what was needed and got me started. That was one positive of the experience.

Appalling lack of communication from the organisation and serious technical issues on their website during the pre-exam period. Delayed entry of proctor. As a result the exam start-time had to be put back by 30 minutes. Disrespectful treatment of name format chosen to be displayed on certificate. The response provided does nothing to address the appalling lack of communication which occurred at the same time as the so-called technical difficulties. Offering "urgent technical assistance" on the phone line and then keeping the caller waiting for over 20 minutes does nothing to instil confidence and fulfils only the most negative expectations. And by the way the online contact form doesn't work either (check the subcategory field). Update: The online contact still doesn't work a week later whatever is put in the "Request Related to" field. We only see "loading" below the "Subcategory" field and the thing hangs - no list of options is provided to select from. As the "Subcategory" field is mandatory, the form cannot in fact be submitted. I have asked a number of people to verify this. Instead of blaming the user for this lack of functionality, perhaps you should do some proper testing and analyse exactly how many queries you have received via this route over the last week.

PeopleCert is unreasonable about their subscription renewal. I have not used their platform nor of their materials for about a year. My profile has been inactive and they refuse to refund the unauthorised payment for the renewed subscription. Their customer services is also very unhelpful. They are unreasonable by enforcing their unfair policy….trapping by members for another year. Beware of this service provider!!!!

When assessing I am referring to the Prince 2 Foundation exam. The main problem, in my opinion, is that the official model exams have very little to do with the actual exam. The result is that you fail, even though you feel like you are “very well” prepared because you completed both sample exams with 98%. But then you failed the exam with 53%.

It's very helpful because you can take the exam without going to the venue and it's easy to organize your schedule. The points for improvement are: Some of the question sentences were garbled and I had a hard time.
