Previously had a great experience but this time wasn't ideal. The proctor was super lovely, patient and helpful. My only issue is that we weren't connected until 20 minutes after my exam start time! I, like many, took time out of my working day for the exam so needed to block time to sit the exam.. not great to be so delayed in starting, I was lucky there was no knock on effect with work commitments. Technology and process was fine. Would use again but have advised colleagues to block a bit extra time out of their diaries incase the same happens to them!

The material provided was clear, easy to understand, and the mockup exams really helped gain an understanding of what to expect.

Acho inútil este tipo de certificação. Se uma certificação visa apenas estabelecer regras para apenas um lado - isso configura um certo tipo de 'escravidão' remunerada. The ITIL 4 Foundation exam was conducted in accordance with the assumptions and guidelines for candidates. The examination process is prepared at a high level. The time frame of the exam is well matched to the difficulty level of the test. The examination staff conducts the examination in a courteous and calm manner.
