試験後、すぐに回答がでたのが受かって安心しました。 試験当日の段取りもスムーズでよかった。 試験受けてが終わりではないので、間違えたところ(認識が違っていたところ)を振り返りたいが、詳細な結果を確認する方法が分からなかった。

The instructions were not clear and the exam system did not work well, kept freezing and I had to reselect answers multiple times for it to work. The process for setting up for the exam was overly complicated and more strict than VCE or University exams.

PeopleCert asks extremely high standards of exam takers. This refers to both the complexity of PRINCE2 7 and the way the examination is being held. Yet, they completely fail to uphold the quality standards a methodology like PRINCE 2 should provide an organisation with: the course material is highly inconsistent (both the book and the Sample Paper questions) and the translation into German is a disgrace. But even in English there are a number of 'oddities', to say the very least. The book holds a long list of quality assurance people. They can hardly have done their jobs when all those inconsistencies become obvious to a newbie like me within 1 to 3 weeks. Next, PeopleCert's online platform is one of the slowest to load I have ever seen and finding things within one's profile is a nightmare. Also, there is no online training tool or app offered by PeopleCert. The sample exams only come in a pdf format which is very far from up-to-date service delivery in my eyes. Last but not least, PeopleCert charges a lot of money for almost any 'extra service' one might think of. On that note, certificates usually expire after 3 years. However, if one opts for a premium membership (which, of course, costs money every year) certificates remain valid infinitely (i.e., as long as one keeps paying regularly). Obviously, that does not make sense. Naturally, one can argue that a certifcate should be renewed every now and then since a framework like PRINCE2 keeps evolving and people should remain up to date. However, by just upholding a membership you learn absolutely nothing about what's new and whether you keep paying or not says nothing about the degree you are familiar with the latest evolution of PRINCE2. Apparently, this is a money making machinery and this has got nothing to do with good project management practices and skills. All in all, this makes for a very frustrating user experience on my end. Personally, it makes me very angry when people confront others with very high (not to say, in parts, absurd) expectations whilst delivering poorly themselves. I call this double standards.

My exam was delayed by 2 hours, the proctor came only after 1.15 mins without knowing the reason for the delay.

Almost everything was as it should be. Proctor was kind and helpful. I book exam with proctor who speaks polish but I got proctor who speaks english, ofcourse I could reschedule exam however I didn't need it. All information needed were provided and useful.

I have used three different platforms to practice for the exam (to obtain more than 85%) but I discover something completely different with PeopleCert. And I receive the same feedback from other people... Additionally, when attempting to retake the exam, the link redirects directly to the main page, leaving me with no option other than to pay between €625 and €1569. I'm sorry, but this is simply unacceptable.

Website is not easy to use. The page with the leaning materials was not working at all - always giving me pain when loading something. Now I have an email to get my certificate and again the page crashea feom different devices. Finally I downloaded it but the file is corrupt and cannot be opened.

Frau Astroth hat die Schulung sehr gut übermittelt. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass jemand von Folien abliest oder den Inhalt einfach runterrattert. Vielen Vielen Dank dafür und weiterhin eine erfolgreiche Zeit.

Experience was fine with professional invigilators, the pitch at the end for the 35% offer was a bit overwhelming I think people could just be emailed that offer. Other than that it was great and I'm pleased to have obtained my qualification.

Good Experience until the exam crashed after 50min before I submitted my answers and took 10min before I received feedback to my claims to help from the support team and not from the proctor...
