The exam experience was overall good but the questions and answers in the exam were purely prepared. I doubt some questions had more than one answer correct.

Despite having problems logging in prior to my exam, the customer advisor guided me through all I needed to do and assured me not to worry about starting a little later and that the full time would still be given Both the advisor and proctor were extremely supportive and helped calm my nerves and ensured I was ready to start in my own time. Everything was explained clearly and am glad to say I achieved a respectable pass rate in the end - thank you!

Charging for last minute change is unacceptable. What happens on case of an emergency. Someone has to pay another 60-120£

Don't charge for sharing digital badges! It is just awful practice to ask the students to pay £120 per year(!!) to share their achievements, when they already paid for the course and passed the exam. Are you that desperate for money?? You know full well that the whole idea is to show the badge via LinkedIn, so you prey on this fact. Luckily, there are other ways to share my successes!

Really poor, turned up to exam with no examiner present. Am 8 months pregnant and they would not agree toilet breaks. Proctor changed mid exam and was asking me to adjust my room settings and interrupted my exam. Took weeks to come back to my queries, would not use again and would not recommend to anyone.

Your company lost connection twice whilst doing the exam. I ended up with 3 proctors. This was very disruptive to taking the exam and was not a good exam environment. The proctors did not phone me either to find out what the problem was and why I had "disappeared"! This was not an isolated issue either with yourselves as my colleague had the same issue 4 days prior and the same evening when doing a resit.

The Exam app was easy to use once set up, but the pre-emails weren't so good. It was not made clear enough the amount of pre-work required in the appget through set-up and onto the exam. Emails which "SHOUT!" - "You'll need 30 minutes to set up!!" would have been helpful.
