My experience was fine. I would have liked the option to take the test in a testing center.

Trainer was good, nice, funny, was able to answer to all questions with expertice. Prepared good for the exam.

Great instructor. The course material could definitely be more simplified/structured. Also, it surprises me that there are instances of horrible spelling/grammar errors in a centralised exam.

Very oldschool surface, not very userfriendly

Training material is very helpful for daily activity in works, certification exam question is relevant to subject, test result can be announce immediately

The user interface was sometimes confusing. Sometimes it would reject my Voucher # by saying it was "invalid," and I had to keep trying. Then, when I attempted to access the course materials, my access was denied. I found it difficult to navigate to the actual exam section.

Excellent, service rapide. Pas 5 car je n'ai pas pu compléter mon profil. Certains champs de saisie étaient inaccessibles.

Questions are translated from english to french. The questions and answers have many time no sense at all. First time i had such a big frustration. This is clearly focused on only a commercial aspect. With a very aggressive marketing what is not appreciated.
