Giving the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam by PeopleCert was truly a rewarding experience. I got to learn so much more than what I knew from my old industry and academia. The concepts are very well structured and covers a wide range of topics which can be easily tailored to any organizational projects. A down side would be on the notes provided. I took the basic option where I received slides on different modules which I felt was not enough. I needed to refer notes and concepts online to understand the topics in depth. Overall, I would strongly recommend anyone who is committed in pursuing project management as a career or even anyone who are interested in understanding a well structured approach to handling projects. I am confident this knowledge will be extremely useful in professional settings. Thank You

I paid for the Prince2 foundation certification proctored exams. Before the exams the compatibility checks that run all passed with no issues. On the day of the exam as well it was all green. But when i try to call the proctor the call wouldn't go through. So contacted technical support and they asked to try in a different computer. My first try was witha Macbook Second was a Window 11 laptop, but the same issue. They aske dto try mobile internet and i did, but same issue. Then they said to try a different network maybe a friends house. I was frustrated but anyway i rebooked and same day later in the evening and tried from a friends internet, but same issue. SO i raise a request for refund as thie technical issue dif not allow me to take exam and this was not my fauly, more the fault on their proctoring software. Its been 2 weeks since I raised th complain and I only received the case number when i logged ticket. AAfter that no status from them . I called them after 5 days and the said it with another team and they cannot tell status and its been escalated and my refund is being processed. The saud someoe with get in tuch after a few hours. But no email or any update. SO i called again after 2 days and they said the same thing. I asked to tal to the releveant team or who can help, but they wouldnt. They walso wouldnt let me talk to their manager. They said its being proceed and should get an update within the dau. Been 3 days since that and no email. This seems like a scam, where they dont want to provide a legitimate claim for refund. I sent time studying for exam and disappointed couldn't take it, but now I also cannot get a refund.

My exam was delayed by 30 minutes, which caused me to be late picking up my children from kindergarten and therefore I couldn’t focus on the questions.

The ID check screen didnt work as described & I needed to get technical help (no button to take the picture of the ID). I updated my information & the screen changes didnt change. You can only view the support book, and not download it.

I paid £95 to resit an exam and not once in any emails did they state that the resits expire after 6 months. I have now tried to book and been told this information when I thought it was 12 months. No email reminders sent either. No empathy and support from company.

First of all, I passed the exam prince2.V7. But I have to mention that although I understand prince2's method, the questions and answers of the exam are difficult to understand. This is because peoplecert uses their “own” language. You have to read between the lines and be aware of every little description/word that can be the game changer. To come back to the Prince2 method: It is a simple and clear project management method. On the other hand, it is very hierarchical and not very agile.

Multiple issues with people cert, course work went missing from the platform contacted to ask about getting access again and was pushed person to person with no real help provided. Ended up looking at online tutorials outside of people cert and third party coursework options. When I did attempt to sit the exam I was provided Spanish course materials even though I was booked in English. Was advised I could sit the exam on Sunday which I declined and was advised I would get a call back which never happened. The cost of the course should cover some service and course work. Would advise PMI for your project management course work.
